I found this place through tripadvisor, and decided to try it due to its proximity to my hotel. It is in a safe part of Mira Flores. Oddly enough, many fish restaurants do not serve dinner, especially the local ones.
I ate here twice during my trip, mainly due to the great food and relatively low prices. The restaurant fills up by 3:00, so go earlier if you don't want to wait. All of the customers appear to be local, which is generally a good sign of consistent quality.
The staff doesn't really speak English at all. They have one busboy who speaks some English. The menus are in Spanish with long, complicated explanations (at least for my level of Spanish). I thoroughly enjoyed every dish we had: 3 kinds of ceviche, 2 soups, and the special crab casserole.
I very highly recommend it.
