I wandered into this restaurant on a Sunday morning perused the menu, found it very reasonable and decided on breakfast. The coffee, brought immediately, was excellent. I had the vegetarian plate, which turned out to be a very large avocado sandwich with sides of salad and chips. Thinking it was small and being very hungry, I had ordered a side of the traditional stuffed rice ball and ended up with way more than I could eat. The prices were very reasonable and service was quite good. No frills, just basic food and surroundings, a short walk from Plaza de Armas.
