Antica pizzeria offers a great setting and a wide selection of pizza and pasta dishes.
The pizzas we ordered were tasty and prepared in a stone pizza oven, though it must be said that the food is expensive for Iquitos.
Wine is good value at 20 soles for a 500ml carafe and comes chilled, which is very welcome in the amazonian heat.
I ordered a cosmopolitan cocktail which I was quite disappointed with. The drink hadn't been shaken with ice and was served with too much cranberry juice, not enough lime juice and two ice cubes. I'd recommend sticking with wine or beer here.
The service is friendly and attentive, this is a decent place to go for Italian-style dishes.
