This was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Carlos was our guide and made our experience amazing. His sense of professionalism was amazing. He went above and beyond and anticipated all our needs and made sure that no stone was left unturned. To top it off, Carlos has an amazing sense of humor and is a blast to have as a guide.

I have spent 20 years in the service industry and understand what it takes to make an experience exceptional. Every detail must be taken care of. When we arrived at the hotel we were a little nervous about the next few days and how everything would work out. There are many unknowns when traveling to another country. Carlos came to the hotel and told us exactly what the plan was for the next four days putting our minds at ease.

We trekked up and down the Andes over the next four days, crossing a 14,000 foot pass, which was pretty awesome. We had some doubts about it, but it proved very rewarding to say the least. We were in a group of 9 people accompanied by 2 guides (Carlos was primary), 2 cooks and 11 porters. Carlos was amazing at how he unified a group of 24 people despite the language barrier. He speaks fluent English, which was pretty awesome considering that my Spanish is sub par at best.

Coming into Machu Picchu was magical to say the least! I am very grateful for our experience and would very highly recommending this company. If you are looking to have peace of mind, this is the company that you are looking for!

Thanks so much for every thing Carlos!!!
