This is a great place to get away from the obligatory local specialties, su h as cuy, alpaca, etc. What they have done instead is incorporate some local dishes into delicious, creative sandwiches. Lomo saltado, instead of being served with the usual pile of rice and fries, is piled onto a crusty French roll. The pumpkin soup was also delicious, made, I think, with a South American squash called zapallo. This is a casual spot, highly recommended for lunch.
