The hotel property is beautiful and the staff were most helpful at all times with any problem we had or service we needed. Cusco is a beautiful city. It made us happy being there. We would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Latin America. We used Cusco as a base for going to the Valle Sagrado and Machu Picchu and it really was a lovely surprise.

Room Tip: There are larger and smaller rooms and some have no internet reception. Make sure you get a larger r...

This hotel was a very nice option for Cusco. The staff was lovely and the rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. It is a bit of a generic hotel, but we had absolutely no complaints. And the breakfast is fantastic!

I loved Cusco and this hotel really helped. It's rambling, covering several buildings, but well-marked. It's chilly to walk around at night when it's freezing out, but the rooms were warm. The beds were really comfortable. Some of the rooms are huge. The hotel has a nice bar and very good breakfast. It's in a great location close to the main plaza, but rooms facing the street can still get noisy as night. The staff was overall very helpful although not quite up to the standards that one finds in high-end American properties (yet). I'd definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: The rooms around the main courtyard are bigger and quieter - but more expensive.

I was blown away by Casa Andina! The location was a short walk from the main plaza, and we felt very safe. The service was wonderful , the food was awesome, and our room was huge! I loved this hotel and recommend it highly!

Room Tip: Try to get room 58!

In a city with many hotel options, what sets the Casa Andina Private Collection apart from the rest would most definitely be the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant, everybody who works there could not be more pleasant and accommodating. I unfortunately had a bout of altitude sickness but the response from everyone was exceptional; they could not have been more considerate or more responsive, to which i am more than grateful. if you are on your way to Machu Picchu via Cusco, i can not recommend this hotel and its staff enough.

This is a friendly well managed property supported with a can do staff. The lobby, bar, dining and social areas are a bit small but with the beautiful decorations and fresh flowers everywhere it brings intimacy to the place. Getting/finding your room can be challenging as the layout is peculiar. There are at least eight courtyards in the hotel and the rooms surround the various courtyards. Unfortunately, at the least the room that I stayed in, room 255 and our friends, room 140, did not have a window. So the only time you could see the lovely courtyards is when entering/leaving your room. The large rooms were tastefully appointed. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. Also included in the room was satellite TV with a large assortment of "premium" channels. A morning breakfast buffet is included in the room charge. The hotel is located 3 blocks from the main square and some of the best shopping surrounds the hotel en-route to the square. Overall, a great place to stay.

We were based in this hotel for 4 nights while we visited Cusco and Macchu Picchu. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel itself is beautiful - old building, huge rooms, lovely courtyard, beautiful period furniture and large urns of flowers everywhere. The staff were lovely - nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very kind and polite. The highlight had to be the restaurant - fabulous food for breakfast buffet and a la carte for lunch and dinner. We will definitely be back.
