“Aweful Wifi”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 3, 2014

Wifi only worked the first of the three nights I had stayed. Called the front desk multiple times and they said they would send someone to fix it, but it never got fixed. The room was clean but no clock. The service was okay but whenever I asked for change they never seem to have much. Breakfast was always kept nicely and was always decent. Loved their croissants. Other than the breakfast there was nothing wowing about the hotel.

We stayed here for three nights with a group of 14. The rooms are clean and up to date. The wifi works well. The breakfast was included and we thought it was quite good. The only drawback is that it is not centrally located.

We stayed here for four nights as part of the Travelsphere tour of Peru.

The hotel is very conveniently situated, near to shops, markets and a pleasant park, and is only 20 minutes walk to the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a fantastic crafts market over the road where you can buy some typical Peruvian souvenirs like silver jewellery and alpaca knitwear.

The hotel itself is very good, from the pleasant foyer, lounges, bar and restaurant, to the spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms.

We found the food to be excellent, whether it was a full meal from the à la carte menu in the restaurant to a sandwich in the bar (the sandwiches are superb - triple deckers served with chips). The bar also has an extensive drinks list including cocktails. There is also a lovely courtyard outside the bar where you can enjoy your drinks in the sunshine if you wish.

Our room was great; quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed four good nights' sleep.

All in all we had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend.

This is a small chain of hotels in Peru. I have stayed in the hotel in Cusco.

The hotel has a very good restaurant. The food is great and the decor lovely.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

I was very pleasantly pleased to visit and take advantage of their Spa on the 5th floor. They offer massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and a hair salón.
I had a massage and it was absolutely DIVINE!! The best I have ever had!!! I totally recommend this Spa!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with the view of the Paccha. (The fountain).

The hotel is conveniently located - it's across the road from an artisan's market, and the walk to the central plaza isn't bad, even thought it's uphill. The breakfast was good (don't miss the banana bread!), and the dinner prices were reasonable. Our room faced the street but there wasn't much street noise. The staff were very helpful with giving directions.

If you want to buy water or stamps, turn sharp left as you exit the hotel, and within 10 yards or so you'll find a small convenience store.

Hotel is located in Cusco city center accessible to amenities. Convenient stores beside the hotel and a local artisan market across the street where you can buy souvenirs. Nice restaurants across the street also. The room we were in was a good size room for 3 beds, clean with plenty of table/desk to put your stuff on. Bathroom was a good size with toiletries, clean, and shower working good. No AC in the room, thermostat is set to fan but you can open the windows to get a cool breeze. Free Wi-Fi in the room and all areas. Breakfast is good with cold and hot food. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. Overall, we had a good experience.

When I stayed here in the first week of May I found that the beds were comfy and the pillows were soft and even though my room faced the street there wasn't much street noise- my idea of a good sleep. I particularly liked that there is an artisan market just across the street for last minute shopping for souvenirs and that there is also a restaurant just across the road which served good Peruvian food. The hot water fluctuated so I can't give it a five. Otherwise I was pretty satisfied with my stay.
