“Oasis”
Reviewed September 24, 2013

Stumbled across Valeriana after a prolonged shopping exposition with daughters and wife. Quiet music airy ambience wifi and lovely pasteries and simple meals. Great cakes and huge chocolate brownies. Alas the good food and refreshing food has revigorated the shopping trio.

“Credit Card problem”
Reviewed August 20, 2013

Food was just OK. They ran our credit card and said the transaction was refused so we gave another card. When we got our bill, both cards were charged. When we went back to try to void one transaction, suddenly no one spoke English and we couldn't get the bill voided. Wondering if this is a scam on the tourists.

“Fantastic empanadas”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

Empanada de lomo o champignones, steak pasty or mushroom pasty are both superb and 6 soles I would say is fair, especially considering they are filled right up with good meat (mushrooms)

Cakes- I think they look a bit better than they taste. Look fantastic and taste okay basically but do no taste quite as good as you hope, especially when some are 10 soles which is above the rest of Cusco prices for a coffee shop.

Coffee, have had a really good one and a less well made one.

Service lets the place down, lots of staff who often appear to do nothing.
Nice decor.

“Excellent Food - Coffee House - Bakery”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

This restaurant /coffee house/bakery was a few doors down from our hotel. It has coffee house atmosphere. Local young crowd sitting and enjoying the rich chocolate pastries and sipping drinks. We shared a large portion of vegetable lasagna,
it was superb. Definitely eat here.

“Cutest cafe in Cusco!”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

The brownies are to die for! They warm it up for you and it was delicious! The papaya smoothie wasn't too great, but the brownies were amazing. I ended up coming back here a few times cause they were THAT good. Pretty cheap too and also offers free wifi! It's also pretty clean.
