We tried Uchu on account of its #3 ranking on TripAdvisor, and we're not disappointed. We had the Loco Carnes, which involved 3 kinds of meat on a hot slab of stone, so we could make them as rare or well done as we wanted. The meats were ot great quality too. The only drawback was the price, a bit high, but not astronomically pricey. All in all, well deserving of its high ranking.
