With generous portions, an upscale feel and extremely gracious and helpful service, Uchu was one of our favourite dining spots in Cusco. We tried the stone-cooked beef and both enjoyed it - big hits at our table included the beet and potato soup and the spicy peanut mashed potato side dish. Although a bit pricier than some of the other Cusco dining options, we felt that the price was more than justified by the food, atmosphere and service - we would strongly recommend Uchu to others in the mood for meat while in Cusco.
