Trendy and among the newer restaurants in Cusco. Owned by the American/Peruvian couple that also owns Marcelo Batata, next door. The meat on a hot-stone concept works well, but wasn't as interestingly seasoned as we expected. The creativity in the cooking is in the appetizers, which were delicious. The Pisco drinks are also excellent, of course. The decor is an overaly of ultra-modern on the traditional stucture, which we liked.
