“Absolutely wonderful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

Found this place by accident - on a group trip and 2 of us were heading to our hotel to meet our tour leader to pay for something. We had some time so we popped in and both had soup, and I had hot chocolate. We were late meeting our tour leader because the food was absolutely wonderful - too wonderful to rush it. If you're in Cuzco, find this wonderful little place and have something to eat there. You will never regret it.

“A Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 13, 2013

Went to this gem of a restaurant which is away form the main square.
It's a cozy little place with great service and excellent food and a good selection of wine.
We had the Spinach Ravioli and the Ink Spagetti, both were freshly made and tasted amazing.
I would rate this restaurant up there with the best but at a budget price.

“Wow, fantastic!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 6, 2013

I came in by myself, a little early for dinner, and was alone in the restaurant. My server advised me on the menu, lit a candle on my table, and managed to both available and unobtrusive while I read and listened to the soft Andean music. I had black tagliatelle with a coconut milk and lemongrass sauce with grilled trout. It was subtle and delicate and delicious. I drank mineral water, my bill came to less than $10USD for a delightful meal in a charming atmosphere. I will be back to try the steak with blue cheese!

“Simple food done well”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 16, 2013

It's a small place, only a handful of tables on a terribly narrow side street with small signage. But the food was great. Really great. We had quinoa soup with fresh veggies, onion soup in a port wine base, eggplant aubergine and, wait for it, an Alpaca burger which the kids devoured. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend it.

“Delicious food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2013

Based on the good references on TA, we decided to go there since it was also only a block from our hostal. The atmosphere is simple and we were the only costumers.
They have a menu in good written English wich we didn't see a lot in Peru.
The beefsteak with a sauce of blue cheese and the garlic trout was our choice.
I decided this was by far my best meal during our 3 week trip in Southern America.
A great meal for a good price with nice service.
