“Nice neighborhood church”
Reviewed October 12, 2012

It's a little annoying to have to buy one's way into every church in town, but that seems to be how it is in Cusco. This one's very nice, but the plaza nearby is even nicer - great place to hang out, lovely fountain, with a bazaar on Saturdays.

“Slow browse through this little holy place”
Reviewed October 11, 2012

Although we saw several cathederals/churches in Cusco, I really enjoyed this little church's stories, art, and displays.

“Nothing better than an afternoon of aimless wandering”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

Beautiful old quarter. There are a mix of high-class and budget bars, cafes and restaurants. But best is just to wander.

“Artsy neighbourhood”
Reviewed September 25, 2012

These tight, cobblestoned streets feature a lot of original, artsy shops. There are some true diamonds in the rough, stores that feature truly original, artistic goods. However, there are also many shops and stalls that sell the typical peruvian goods, and are not particularly original. Beware you're not overcharged for these items. Also, at night once night hits, many narrow streets do not have street lights, and can be very dangerous to navigate in the dark.
