This hotel had very good location. The room was clean and had wifi, but that was about it. Breakfast was very basic and simple. The rooms were quite noisy as you could hear the noise from the corridor or the rooms upstairs.

Pros - decent breakfast, glass lift (!), free internet

Cons - Dirty bathroom, door mysteriously wide open when back from excursion. Double check lock as staff don't really act upon any complaints. Uphill walk to main square which is difficult with the lack of oxygen pressure!

This is an amazing and affordable place to stay. We arrived to Cusco and the hotel's shuttle pick us up from the hotel and allowed use to leave our extra bags there during our hike to Machu Pichu.

There is coca tea in the lobby 24hrs a day.

Breakfeast was a buffet.

This place is a 5 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas and 5 mins the other way is the Handcraft centre to get the best alpaca

The place is ok, not good, not bad. One of the ok options in Cuzco. Service is nice and food not good at all. Rooms are ok but definetely need an upgrade on amenities, sheets and towels. Ok to spend a night or a couple of nights while on your way to Machu Picchu.

The hotel is on a main road which is 5 minutes from one of the biggest tourist attractions and 5 minutes from the main plaza.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient.

We stayed in two different rooms, one of which had a great view over the main street and had a balcony. The negative part of having a room which faced the main street was that the noise from the street could be heard in the room even though the windows and doors were closed. Saying that, there was nothing wrong with the room bar the noise.

The second room had view of a wall but sleeping in the room was possible.

We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food was a no-frills affair as was the breakfast - though it was a change to have broccoli for breakfast!

Overall a well located hotel that was average.
