I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2013. The hotel has an old-Cusco feel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Bfast was included each morning with a wide variety. I stayed in a triple room: a room with 3 single beds. Beds and bedding/pillows were quite comfortable. Location of the hotel is walking distance from great shopping and sightseeing. We had a balcony, which was nice. We were able to see fireworks from it.
A few drawbacks: no iron/ironing board in room, but were available at the front desk. Check out time was at 9am. About half of the electrical outlets in our room (331) did not work despite trying to use a converter. My biggest complaint is the wifi. The reception was awful in the rooms. We had to try various codes. It was annoying.
Overall it was a nice hotel and I would stay here again.
