There are tons of Chinese food options in Cusco, but not many I'd trust to not make me sick. Chifa Sipan had good food at low prices, and was a classy establishment. They also have pictures on their menu, in case the Chinese-Spanish-Your Language translations aren't quite working out. AND, we seemed to be the only non-locals there, although I had seen reviews in several other travelers' blogs, so it may be becoming more popular.
We had an appetizer of spring rolls, some shrimp fried rice (which unexpectedly had pork, too), and a chicken stir-fry type dish. All were good, and everything looked great at the tables around us, too. Cost was generally 12-15/s per dish. We'll definitely go again.
