Ecoinka ARE professional!
Their staff is competent and descrete. Their equipment is in perfect condition, safety and hygiene are priorities, the food is excellent and varied. Even details have been thought through. In the preparation phase they are reactive and helpful.
And our guide, Paul CANO, has got it all : experience, seriousness and humor. He is sensitive and knowledgeable, he knows how to use a group’s energy, he’s always attentive, he's intelligent and warm. His English is good and he's proud of being a descendant of the inka.
We were lucky to share this experience with him.

I would highly recommend Echoinka if you want an amazing experience in Peru. Jhon, yes his name is spelled right, was very attentive and informative. He did a fantastic job from start to finish, and so did everyone else in the group from the drivers to the porters. The tours that we went on were great and the food that they provided for us was really good. They always had everything set up by the time we got to camp. I really have no complaints about them. Use Echoinka and you will not be disappointed.

My family and I did the four day hike to Macchu Pichu with Ecoinka, and it was superb. We all had a really great time. The guide, Jhon, was very knowledgeable and always had a joke or two up his sleeve. This was my first trek with porters and the full package, and it didn't disappoint in the slightest. Where else can you get a great meal cooked for you by a friendly staff at 3000+ meters? The price is fair, and it let's you know that the cooks and porters are making an honest wage. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They will make this magical experience a truly special one.

The guides and drivers were excellent. Our group was diverse in terms of age and interests and Aventours capably met the expectations of all. While Machu Picchu was seen by all (some at the end of the 4-day Inca Trail experience), what made it most worthwhile is that the guides were attentive and flexible to the needs of all. The drivers were immensely skilled and this added to the comfort of the travelers.
