Jw Marriott - Cusco is a Beautiful Hotel plus a excellent service.
People at the Hotel are very friendly beginning at the Hotel front Jesus, Claudia, Lucero, Jim always smiling ready to help you.
The Restaurant manager Juan Chalas is very pleasant and make you fell like home..amazing person.
The breakfast and bar people are terrific, Nora, Perla, Ismael,Christian Acosta and the the buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of bread, cheeses, fruits, carrot/ orange cake...great omelets and delicious coffee.
One the best so far in my traveling experience. The pool/ jacuzzi and spa in the basement is very nice and the patio is beautiful.

We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel. Jesus, Jose, Jimmy, Erick, Diana and everyone reminded us that individuals -more than systems- are what make hotels good. Not to mention the comfortable rooms, the best location, the nice spa -great after coming back from a trek- and the nice breakfast.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I used points and the one surprise was that this JW does not have a concierge level for Platinum members, but that didn't really detract from the stay. The hotel service is top notch and the rebuild that took them 8-years to create this hotel while maintaining the artifacts discovered along the way, makes this a true gem. The pool/hot tub was much used after lots of hiking in the area mountains.

It was fantastic... all around. A great surprise was the Pirqa Restaurant; the food was amazing and the service was excellent. One of the servers, Wilson Acuna.... we ate at the restaurant several times and he went above and beyond... I know it is not easy to serve a family with kids... specially when it is getting late and they are a little cranky, but Wilson brought crayons for my little one and we never felt rushed. Thank You JW Marriott in Cusco.... we had an unforgettable stay. By the way the pool and sauna are amaaazing :-)

We are a young couple and we stayed here before and after we did the inca trail. The majority of customers at this hotel are slightly older and quite respectable. The atmosphere is classy, with low lighting, dark wood and a lovely scent pumped into the lobby.

Despite lugging backpacks and looking a mess we were greeted warmly. On certain room packages you get oxygen pumped into the room to reduce the effects of altitude sickness (coca does not reduce the effects no matter how many people insist on telling you). We however asked for the oxygen to be turned off and they obliged.

One night we ate in the restaurant and the waiter was very efficient and friendly. Possibly the best waiter we encountered in Peru.

The breakfast is buffet style and is well stocked. One morning we were served by Miguel Angel, was very engaging and helpful. He had experience of the inca trail and went out of his way to try and give us useful advice. He spent a considerable time talking to us and I just wished he had served us on the first day rather than our last. JW Marriott please pass on our thanks to Miguel, he is a credit to your company.

My partner used the iron in our room without realising that someone previously had melted something on it. They took the top and washed it, no questions asked.

The rooms are well designed but look a little tired in places. Overall a very positive experience.
