Our concierge recommended Deva when we asked about cuy. Tried the baked and the fried, and I have to concur that there's not much meat on the little critters. We did like the special touches provided by our server and hosts - wine recommendation, roasted corn, sampling of chicha, info about the potatoes and other ingredients. Very convenient location for us, between our hotel and the plaza. They had 2 rather large groups in that night, so we were glad to get a table.
