Very comfortable and good value for money.
Short walk to the main square and other attractions.
Great service of pick up and drop off at the airport. Good breakfast of toast, cereal, cooked eggs and fruit.
Staff very friendly.

Decent enough for a hotel...it's a set price of 70 USD for a queen/matrimonial room
the problem is the place is a bit far from the main square (or anything for that matter)
It's an easy walk once you're acclimated and if you need a taxi it's 4 soles to anywhere in the city

One thing we didn't like was the fact that the room was freezing. they gave us 2 electric heaters but it was still cold, the shower had no pressure either

the breakfast was nice, the service was good too
they stored our luggage for 4 days when we left for the Inca trail (and we kept the same room before and after...I assume no one stayed in the room while we were gone, the place was super empty, we saw maybe 1 other tourist there)

Great place for the price. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the center of Cusco. Very clean and comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful. They promptly provided me a bag of ice after a small ankle sprain and sightseeing all day long. They provided transportation to and from the airport and helped us book a day tour one of the days we were there. The bathroom was a little cold at night due to the window being unable to completely shut but the showers were warm and clean. The rooms also had space heaters that worked well.

Room Tip: Rooms not facing the street may be slightly quieter.

We stayed here for 5 days and this was an excellent hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfy. The location is great only 10 minutes walk from the centre (or 4 soles by taxi) which means it is quiet unlike a lot of the hotels in the city centre. But the thing which marks this out from other places is the service, the motto here appears to be "no problem". They went out of their way to accommodate us with our multiple changing plans, they allowed us to leave our luggage there while we went to Machu Picchu, and it all seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us, they even paid for our taxi to the airport. Brilliant choice!

This was one of the best places I stayed at during my time in Peru. The rooms were clean and the service fantastic. The staff are always willing to answer questions or help you out with anything you need. They were willing to hold our stuff while we went off to Machu Picchu and when we came back to check in our bags were in our room waiting. This kind of service makes this place exemplary.

They arranged our pickup from the airport and paid for our drop off when we left. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cusco area. Don't be worried about the location as the city center is only a short taxi ride or brisk walk away.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the third floor. That way you are close to the WiFi and between the ground flo...

Price is reasonable, location is OK and the service was superb.
They picked us up from the airport and paid for the taxi on our departure.
They were very accommodating with our requests and also stored our luggage white we were touring the area around Cusco.
Highly recommended.

Our hotel stay was enjoyable. We stayed two nights and left for the airport at 5:45am one morning. The hotel made a special breakfast for us. The other night we so much enjoyed their normal breakfast buffet with custom egg preparation. Although past reviews stated that it was cold at night, the room portable heat-or more than heated the room nicely if needed. Thanks Unumizu.
