Nice hotel pretty close to Plaza de Armas (main square). Nice clean rooms, the single room has a massive bed! :) the breakfast is good too...fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, coffee tea, hot food if you want...it's all there!

The staff are really pleasant also...and helpful! If you book a tour with them they even give you a phone to contact them in case of anything!

You will enjoy your stay there!

Very friendly. Quick to accommodate our requests. Offered complimentary breakfast each morning along with fresh water and coca tea. Clean rooms and comfy beds. We had 3 rooms in our group so offered cell phones for us to talk to one another. Also stored our baggage safely while we were away for a day.

Hotel Golden Inca is the ideal place to stay if you want good value for your money in Cusco. The customer service is impeccable and truly reflective of South American hospitality. For the English speakers, most of the staff can communicate in English. Situated just about 10 minutes walking distance, the city centre is easily accessible. Golden Inca seems newly built and provides a very clean, safe and comfortable environment. The shower is divine and the in-house cook is amazing!!! Tour packages to tourist attractions, such as Machu Picchu, can be easily arranged.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Cusco, Peru!

The staff here is awesome! They served us coca tea while we checked in and helped carry our luggage upstairs (a huge deal when you're out of breath and struggling to adapt to the altitude!) While this place is a 20 min walk from the Plaza de Armas and the main center of Cusco, it's still a great value. I'd stay here again. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. Tip: If you give the driver the address they have listed here, they probably won't be able to find the place (I think it's for an alley behind the hotel, not the main street entrance). Look for the closest cross streets as points of reference. Also, the hotel entrance is right in front of the Cusqueña brewery loading entrance, that's the reference the hotel uses in their business cards.

Hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned properly every day. Beds are new with clean white bedlinen and breakfast one of the best ones I had during my stay in several hotels in 6 weeks in Peru. Room had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink in a separate room which was a great bonus!
Staff were really friendly and were fantastic in accommodating travel schedules and a late check out when leaving late in the evening.
The hotel is a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the main square and doesn't get traffic noise or pollution. There is a nice roof terrace at the top and table tennis if you fancy it. There is also free bottled water on tap and complimentary coca tea at reception.
Good rates and excellent value for money.
Pepe who runs a service for small groups and individual tours is based in the hotel and was a great help in organising our trips to the surrounding areas and our next journey steps. He made sure that everything on our tours ran smoothly, even dropped us off at the bus station on our last night and made sure we got the right seats!
Definitely will be staying there again next time in Cusco!

I stayed here only 2 nights here. The location is not bad it is about a ten-minute walk to the city center. The bed was comfortable( queen sized), room spacious enough to walk around in. Thin walls though but bothersome to effect your sleep. A very helpful staff, very good at answering questions that I had.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, one even gave me a mini Spanish lesson. When we arrived at 6:30 am, they let us check in and had our room already prepared - fantastic after a super tiring travel day. Room was clean and well maintained every day for us. Breakfast was solid - way better than some of the places I've stayed at in Europe for the same price. It is a solid 10 minute walk to the square, but not a difficult journey at all. Only complaint was the neighbor's dog was really yappy (our room faced another house's courtyard who let out their dog), but that was minor.
