Description: ALMUERZO BUFFET VEGETARIANO DE LUNES A SABADO A SOLO 10-15 SOLES($4) INCREIBLEEEE Restaurant Aldea Yanapay provides delicious Peruvian ,italian ,marroqui, thailand indu food (with some European favourites) in an unforgettable and unique setting. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the resturant regularly holds music . As well as good food and service, the resturant has the added satisfaction of allowing you to help others whilst enjoying yourself as all profits from the restaurant go towards the financing of Aldea Yanapay's social projects. As such, the restautrant is run with the same care and honest socio economic outlook as the social projects. Thus all employees recieve a fair salary and social benefits, taxes are paid and peruvian products favoured.

“Great meal, good value, incredible vibe”
Reviewed August 13, 2014

Unfortunately, we found this gem in our last night in Cusco, otherwise, we would have returned again and again. The 3 course meal for 20 Soles was a great deal, and it included excellent items to choose from. I was traveling with with my 2 kids(young people), one who is a vegetarian who is often disappointed with her meals. All three of us were extremely satisfied with our meals. At the end of the night, we ended up spending as much money as the other touristy restaurants in the Plaza de Armas area because we stayed an unusually long time at the restaurant, and decided to order extra deserts, and alcoholic drinks. There are games that you can borrow, and we played dominoes during dinner and after dinner, which made our time there very special, as we laughed throughout the night. The decor of this place is fantastic, it makes you feel at ease right away. There is a special "hidden" table in the second floor, we highly recommend it. This restaurant is a special place!!

“Great food for a great cause!”
Reviewed August 9, 2014

I love this restaurant! The food, drinks, and service are great. I recommend the margarita pizza and mint lemonade - YUM! The best part about this restaurant is the proceeds go to a local after school program for underprivileged children.

“nice charity work, but not great food”
Reviewed July 29, 2014

we read that this restaurant did charity for poor children, and so we decided to try it, and give our contribution. once inside, the decoration looks a lot like that of a kindergarden, and the menu like a book of tales. However, the food was not very tasty, and we decided to stay only on two starters.

“Great place for kids, good food, good cause”
Reviewed July 17, 2014

My husband and I ordered the daily menu which was delicious and filling at a reasonable price (S20). Still more expensive than where the locals eat, but cheaper than some other places. The money goes to a children's charity, so we didn't mind paying a bit more. The atmosphere is very fun as there are stuffed animals all over the place, hats you can wear while you eat, and a shelf full of games kids can play with while they are waiting. And you will wait. The service was not fast. When we asked for the bill at the end, we had to actually go pay becuase even once they said they would bring it to us, they had all stopped to eat their own lunch. But it was one of the more entertaining lunches with our kids that we have had in Peru.
