The hotel is wonderful, everybody was very kind, always trying to help. The rooms are big, confortable and clean. The breakfast starts at 5am, whith scrambled eggs, sausage, fruits, some corn thing that I dont't remember the name, breads, cheese, ham, some cereals... Very good in a very nice ambient (all the hotel had a very nicely decorated).

We left our luggage in Tierra Viva Cusco Saphi for one night when we went to Águas Calientes. When we returned to Cusco, everything was already in our new room - very nice after two days without a good sleep.

In the first day, when we arrived, Jesus managed to get us our tickets to Machu Picchu, as well as a city tour to the local ruins and other interesting places (we arrived there Saturday 11am, and he managed to go to the bank before 12h to pay our Machu Picchu tickets). Everything that he arranged for us worked very well, if you don't want to spend time searching for the best price in the local stores, I would recommend asking Jesus for the tours. His prices are really fair, and he only charges extra USD 5,00 for the Machu Picchu buses + entry ticket.

Absolutely wonderful! Friendly staff, great location, clean, cozy beds, hot water, breakfast, etc. This hotel has it all! When they heard we were on our honeymoon they upgraded us to their suite every night of our stay at no extra cost. Highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous rooms, wonderful service and a great location.
Its only 5 minutes walk from the center of town and is easy access by cab from the airport. Rooms are modern and have everything you would need. The staff are very friendly and are only too happy to help.
I would highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to and from MP. The hotel will come pick you from the airport for free upon arrival. The hotel is clean and central. We also booked the city tour with the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

This was our first hotel in Peru and were impressed with the quality of hotel for the price. The breakfast was good and always replenishing it. The staff during the day had good English skills however in the evening more limited. They recommended tour guides and restaurants to us. We had to ask for a robe for our room even though our daughters had one provided in their room automatically. We washed out things in the room but nothing dried very quickly. I thought it was attributed to the environment and not the hotel. Heaters provided in the room for cold nights and shutters for the windows for light block. Sometimes in the early morning could hear staff talking loudly. We loved the ambiance. Felt like home.
