My wife and I had dinner in this Cusco restaurant during our South America holiday. The food was very good, the choice quite wide (Peruvian and International) and the service prompt - we were offered a welcome Pisco Sour and free garlic bread. Prices in this part of Cusco are quite high but we felt Los Tomines provided good value for money and didn't break the bank! We would go back there and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant eatery within a few minutes of Plaza de Armas.
