My wife and I were literally walking up the street past Paddy's when a women walked out of the restaurant and said, "Wow, that was really good." She then proceeded to tell us what items she had that were good (steak sandwich and chicken wrap), which was helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with our experience and am tempted to go back tonight for their many drink specials.

They have Guinness and several TV's showing key sporting events, plus a cool pub vibe. Remember, this is a low-key, order at the bar type of place so set your expectations accordingly and you will LOVE this place!

After two weeks of Peruvian food, we needed a change so had lunch here at Paddy's. The bar overlooks the Plaza des Armas and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We got our beers immediately but it was a long wait for the food - delivered almost one at a time by the chef at lunch. Luckily there were Olympics to watch and fellow travelers to talk to. Food was good and reasonable when it arrived, just don't come to eat if you are in a hurry.

Great place to relax and have an ale, and fun to get a picture with the sign stating you visited the Irish pub that sits at the highest elevation in the world. Typical pub atmosphere, which was just the little change of pace we needed for a moment. Definitely worth stopping in.

Paddy's was extremely crowded when we went and I have a strong feeling it is always this crowded. We managed to cozy up at the bar and have a beer. Price was right on point for Cusco. The bartenders were efficient and pleasant. The food looked and smelled great but we did not have any. We were able to talk to several other fellow travelers while we were there and had a very nice time. Only thing I wish is that it were larger, we were bumped and jostled a lot due to the very high occupancy in such a small space.

This was a little slice of a chicago Irish pub complete with a real "english speaking" Irishman behind the bar. The food was perfect for a light meal and extremely reasonably priced. In the 3 days we were there, we ate there twice, carrying out one of those times. Carry out was alot faster but dining in has the typical Peruvian wait time.
