My husband and I stayed here for a total of five nights before and after Machupicchu and the experience was nothing less than perfect. This beautiful B&B is located just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, wonderful restaurants and artisan markets and shops. The rustic styled rooms are immaculate, clean and spacious and include all the comforts of home. Included with your room is a breakfast fit for a king--freshly brewed coffee, fruit, cereals, warm quinoa (think oatmeal like), meats, cheese and eggs cooked to your liking. We never felt rushed or told something was not available even when we arrived late a few mornings. The staff was friendly and accommodating and always smiling. The manager Javier was absolutely lovely. Warm and soft spoken, he was able to answer all of our questions, help with dinner reservations and organize taxis for us and our friends. You couldn't ask for a more kind and professional hotel manager. Make sure you do not miss the wonderful rooftop deck. We spent several sunset hours enjoying wine and the sweeping views of the city. If ever we find ourselves in Cusco again we will most definitely stay here.

We enjoyed every moment at this small hotel. From the reservation process to our checkout. The staff anticipates your needs and the Peruvian decor, rooms, breakfast make you feel special and cared for. Such a convenient location! It deserves highest ratings.

Top notch personal service provided by Javier and his competent staff. They helped make our visit to Cusco outstanding by coordinating day trips, including taxi and guide. Well decorated small hotel, clean and fresh at all times. Excellent breakfast included breads, fruits, cheese and "made to order" omelets, Convenient location between Plaza de Armas. and San Blas Plaza. Walk to restaurants, museums, shops. And by all means, don't miss visiting the top floor for a splendid view of the city and surrounding mountains! Loved coming back here daily to friendly welcome and hot tea.

Room Tip: Most, if not all, rooms face a center courtyard.

The BnB is very well located, only a short walk from the Plaze de Armas (main square). Javier, the host is very nice and makes sure all the requests are taken care of. We organised private Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley tours through the BnB and the price was competitive and our guide- Miguel- was fabulous. We had a private car and a private guide and the experience was very personal. The rooms are fabulous and have hill station feel, with all modern amenities. They have oxygen cylinders if you get short of breath (which happens in Cusco due to the high altitude). They arrange pickups from airport for free. The breakfast options are good and the coffee is amazing! They upgraded us for free to another bigger room on request and that was incredibly sweet of them. However, the new room was really big and we needed to get up start a fire in the fireplace each time it burnt out at night, to keep warm. Then the smoke would fill up the room and that would force us to open the door. If in a big room, please ask for 2-3 heaters.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyday my room was clean, New towels I didn't even ask for, very very helpful staff, the ambiance of the hotel was fabulous! The cusco center is literally 5 minute walking distance, though it is a bit of an uphill climb coming back from Plaza de Armas but that's a given. I highly recommend this hotel!! Inexpensive and just very pleasant stay! The rooftop view is gorgeous.

Room Tip: I chose a room that's in the first floor. I didn't feel like climbing up stairs with the hig...

Another friend & I recently stayed at Andenes al Ceilo.
The location was great, a short 10 minute walk to the main plaza.
The staff were very helpful when asking for any restaurant suggestions.
We had a slight delay when not being met at the airport,
we gave the hotel a call & they had someone come to the airport
within 10 minutes & take us to the hotel.

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor, facing the courtyard. IT was quite even though we were next to the dining...

Andenes al Cielo was a great choice. The hotel is very close to the main plaza and wonderful restaurants. The hotel arranged airport pick up (they paid) and transport to the airport (I paid). The staff were helpful, arranging a private tour and taxis as needed. The rooms (I stayed in two because of a Sacred Valley break in the middle) were spotless. The breakfasts were fine. I could even sneak into the restaurant for early coffee.

I would definitely recommend this moderately priced hotel to friends - a topnotch mid-range hotel.
