We used this hotel as a base before and after the inka trail. Our first room, despite being a suite, was a little dungeon like with no natural light, the second room was better. Hot water was infrequent, and not forthcoming at all when we returned after the trek, definitely not what you want after trekking in the cold and rain with no shower for four days! unfortunately could not recommend this hotel

Stayed total of 4 nights at Koyllurr Inn in Cusco and found it to be central but quiet and relaxed. Somewhere to recuperate after long days travelling around. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to ensure we got the best out of our visit to the area.

We stayed here during our honeymoon while making a tour through Peru. We stayed 3 nights and then went to Aguas Calientes for 1 night (they are really flexible, you can leave all your luggage behind) and then we returned for the last night.
Because it was our honeymoon, we got an upgrade to a bigger room with a king'size bed and a jaccuzzi (this did not work, cannot complain though b/c we did not pay extra for this)
The hotel is cute and the people are very nice.
A comment though which I found in all hotels in Peru, their hygiene standards are different (every check-in you would still find hair on the floor and/or in the bedlinnen)
Also breakfast can get quite boring b/c everyday it´s exactly the same (the difference is how you order your eggs to be made).
Location-wise, it´s easy to walk to the main square where everything is happening.
All in all - taken the service as the highest point I would give it a 7 (out of a 10)
Enjoy!!!!
