Description: A Mi Manera is located just one block from Cusco's main square, on the second floor of a beautifour restaurant can accommodate up to 50 diners in what is both an intimate and elegant setting. Our bar and open plan kitchen have been designed to allow guests to see how their meals and drinks are prepared, and even to participate in our cookery demonstrations. What gives us the greatest satisfaction is the fact that our guests always feel comfortable, and they always come back.Ul colonial-era mansion.

“Perfect cusco meal”
Reviewed August 20, 2013

On my second trip to cusco, we discovered A Mi Manera, a small and wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service. We felt very welcomed and appreciated, and enjoyed every aspect of our meal. The salads are fresh, with servings ample enough to share. The entrees too were made perfectly to order, and were delicious. If you have room for dessert, don't hesitate to try the coca brownie.

“On the better side of good but not great”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

The location is conveniently located while sight-seeing and the restaurant is open and bright. Among the restaurants we enjoyed in Cusco Ai Mi Manera didn't stand out as a highlight but it served good food. I tried the cuy and was disappointed by the lack of meat but attributed this more to the animal than the restaurant.

It seems like Ai Mi Manera is not sure where it fits into the local food scene: it's not as homey and rustic in its preparation as smaller (more affordable places) but also not as revelatory in its preparation as other restaurants with a similarly priced menu.

“Ok but Not very good!”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

The location of the restaurant is quite nice, in a small indoor square, sorrounded by art's shops. The food was OK, but not very cheap. On the other hand, the staff were very very low, so we had to wait almost one hour for the dinner. But, if it is your first visit to Cuzco and you dont know where to go, A mi manera could be a good option.

“Great restaurant”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

I foudn out about this restaurnat from Frommer's "Peru day-to-day" guide. We (4 perople, family and firends) stayed close by in Casa Andina Private Collection and one day decided to have a dinner at A Mi Manera. We ordered a cuy to share as an appetiser, then I ordered ADOBO DE POLLO.
This is a first time a tried cuy, so I had nothing to compare with, but it was amazing: crispy skin and tender inside.
I do no like sipcy food, so I asked to cook Adobo de Pollo mild, and it was perfect. It is sort of stew with sauce so delicious and meat very tender and juicy.
The lady who served us was very polite, smiling and service was wonderful.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
