First of all, the service was excellent. The best we had in Peru. The waitress was very professional, a fullfledged solomiere. The food was good, the bread was fresh out of the outside oven. The trout was prepared in the outside based wooden oven, the wine was excellent. The restaurant was excellent and I like to recommend this anybody who wants to have good food, good service for a good price.

Dear customer, we are grateful for the excellent comments that refer to our service, care, food and prices. Our ovens make breads and trout an excellent product to offer our customers. We are delighted to have been satisfactory and we hope to have you soon again. Best Regards

We ate our first meal in Peru at Pachapapa and found it to be fairly average. The bread served as a starter was really nice but we found our meals to be bland compared to the other food we had in Peru. The courtyard is nice and the servers do speak English, I just think there are better (and cheaper!) options in Cusco.

Dear customer, first of all, thank you for your sincerity and your comments on tripadvisor, which help us to improve our care and service in general. However, we would like to clarify that we do not consider it an expensive restaurant because our prices are according to the market and what we offer, which is a local product. Also, do not believe that our food is "average" as we work hard to get the quality we offer on our plates, which are mainly traditional and excellent presentation. Unfortunately we are dissapointed that you didn't note our desire to promote local culture of our city. We invite you to come and enjoy one of the best restaurants in town. Best regards

This restaurant in San Blas had been recommended by our agent, unfortunately we did not book so were unable to get an outside table but they did manage to fit us in inside. The service was first class and our waitress helpful. We thought the portions were good and did not find it too expensive. Well worth a visit.
