First of all, the service was excellent. The best we had in Peru. The waitress was very professional, a fullfledged solomiere. The food was good, the bread was fresh out of the outside oven. The trout was prepared in the outside based wooden oven, the wine was excellent. The restaurant was excellent and I like to recommend this anybody who wants to have good food, good service for a good price.
