After eating in several of Gaston Acudio's restaurants throughout Peru, I have to admit that he gives a special touch (food & atmosphere) to all of them. In La Chicha, apart from tasting this typical corn made beer, the fresh water shrimp is for sure one of the best options prepared in different manners. I ate the picante de camarón and it was delicous. Compared to a gastronomic restaurant like this in Europe, prices are good, so don't hesitate.
