When on vacation, we never eat twice at the same place. Except here. In the summer of 2011, between the Colka canyon and a climb up Misti, we ate three times at this wonderful restaurant. The first time, we played it safe: Nutella. The second time around, we sampled the salty side of the menu and had to come back a 3rd time for the trout (I think from Titicaca lake) crepe. Tonight, out of curiosity and nostalgia, I came here looking for the ranking of this amazing restaurant. I'm glad its ranks so high on TA, and wish to add my own share of praise.
