“Skip the Peruvian for a meal...”
Reviewed July 6, 2014

My 14 year old daughter and I happened upon Crepisimo (lie: we read about it in our Lonely Planet) at the perfect time: opening. We'd taken the night bus from Nasca and were ready for a good breakfast.

The crepes and the service were perfect. So perfect we came back for dinner!

Sorry, Arequipa, we didn't get much peruvian food while we were with you, but the crepes were amazing.

The restaurant has a great drink/wine/beer list, the savory crepes are just as outstanding as the sweet, and it's a beautiful building (check out the roof view) with an upstairs balcony with couches and a more secluded area that would be great for a small group.

This restaurant was an epicurean HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Peru.

Really good, the food amazing, a good variety of creps, good menu, also the coffee. If you're going at night try to go early because is always crowded.

“not cheap but worth a splurge!”
Reviewed July 2, 2014 via mobile

It is quite expansive for peru but worth the very nice service and wonderful crepes! I had the tabulé quinoa which turned out to be rather smallish... But the lunch menues are great - the crepes perfect!!!

“Crepisimo -- GREAT FIND!”
Reviewed June 25, 2014

We walked in to Crepisimo in April 2014 because of the reviews we read prior to arriving to Arequipa. This place is affiliated to Zig Zag (which was good).

We ordered the mango and chocolate crepe, a curry-based crepe, and the salmon tartare bruschetta (and some pisco sours and cusquenas). The crepes were awesome, especially the curry-based crepe....and the salmon tartare bruschetta was good but not anything extraordinary. The crepes were huge!

This place had a great outdoor patio, and a cool vibe upstairs with a lounge-setting complete with board games. The staff was great...they were very helpful and service was awesome.

Definitely a cool place to grab lunch/snack and a couple of drinks before or after you head to the monastery.

Nice place at alliance francaise. Good coffee and french crepes with a Peruvian swing. And our chocoholic daughter loved the choco fondue!
