This new restaurant in Cuenca doesn't even have permanent signage up yet. My wife went here yesterday. She had the Hamburgesa Sabor, while another friend had a mirisco (seafood) platter and a third person had a salad. They all raved about their meals.
Today I went there with my wife, and we had that hamburger she had raved about -- and she was completely right! It includes a fried egg, and the meat was "real ground beef" rather than the "compressed meat patties" several other places use. The french fries were excellent too.
It is directly across the street from the 'Virgin de Bronce' church slightly up a hill on Solano. The 20 minute walk from el Centro means I will start getting more walking in for lunch... :)
