The ambiance at San Sebas is reminiscent of a local coffee shop in San Francisco; which can be a good thing if you're weary from traveling and need the comforts of home. The meals I've had here have been really good, albeit expensive as you're basically paying American prices. Still a great place for a splurge meal and the desserts are the best I've found in Cuenca. My one gripe would be the coffee. While it's a pretty decent cuppa Joe, it tends to be on the weak side. The cappuccino is mostly milk and it's a struggle to actually taste any coffee.
