“Great food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2012

Great argentinian food, although it can be a bit pricey. Very modern decoration just at the end of Calle Larga, perfect for meat and wine lovers.

“A "must for Meat Lover's”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 22, 2012

As in genuine Argentinian fashion, the meals are served in giant round cast iron dishes, accompanied by fresh salad, rice, and other vegetables - all served family style. You can easily spend $75 here for 4 people, especially if you have wine. But this is a great place to celebrate an event, to enjoy chef-quality cuisine. It's a lovely surprise. Be prepared to take leftovers with you - portions are generous.

“Argentina Style”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 18, 2012

If you like meat and hearty portions followed by very good desserts, this is a good bet. Moderately expensive for Cuenca but much not compared to USA.

“Quality food, huge plates”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2012

Husband and I split the steak plate. It came with pan fried potatoes, salad, and chimichurri sauce. Plenty of food for two. Also tried the flan and angel cake with figs and Carmel. Flan was marginal, but the cake was very sweet and tasty. Restaurant was clean, waitstaff was friendly, even with our poor Spanish. No English speakers the night we were there, but they have English menus. $12 for the steak plate, 2.50 for flan, 4.50 for cake.

“Not so good”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 20, 2012

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. We were the first people in and so it was not busy. This was very much a Spanish only place. I pointed to what we wanted..the menu was in English. I ordered chicken with vegetables and we got vegetarian spaghetti . The wait staff was in and out. The original waiter tried to charge us for the chicken. Food was tasty and huge portions. Would not recommend for people with small appetites.
