You might say the price is astronomical and you would be right, considering how cheap food is in Cuenca. But the food is great, and the ambience is excellent.
I typically don't like "fusion" food, but Tiesto's does everything well. We dined here in May of 2018. We had the set menu for two (with seafood) which is a great way to sample everything from appetizer to main course to dessert. From the beginning when they brought out an array of sauces/ceviche/pickled vegetables, to the end when they brought out a dessert that looked more like an art piece (with hand-painted flowers in syrup, everything was fantastic. Oh, and they tasted "mucho delicioso" too.
The only downside is the price, it is likely the most expensive restaurant in town. But if you want to excite your palate (and your eyes!), it is worth a try.
