I decided to stay here after a disastrous night at El Cafecito. This hostel was recommended by the Lonely Planet guide book. I paid $18/ night for a room with private bath & cable tv. No breakfast but that's perfectly fine. The rooms at the top floor are the very best, while the rooms on the second floor are adequate but a little worn out. By that I mean the mattresses, pillows, hard wood floors, etc. The staff was very helpful and always cheerful.
Overall, I would recommend this place to all. You absolutely cannot beat the price.
