There were nine of us and we were quickly seated upstairs and eventually given menus. Service was very slow and unenthusiastic. It was relatively early by Ecuadorean standards and the place was almost empty. Soups were best part of menu. Flavorful and hot. Fries were mushy. This cafe is very well-located next to the new Cathedral and across from the Parque Calderon and the beef lovers were happy with their choices.
