Be prepared for all of your senses to be engaged & delighted. Starting with the informed, kind and gracious waitstaff. The amouse bouche from the chef brings quinoia & lemon infused vinegar to a new level. The lamb ball starts was delicious and the presentation of everything was museum quality. The fresh catch fish was light & flavorful and the roasted tomatoes on the salad were heaven. The gin&tonic menu was original and like a flavor journey. Ending with a taste tour of the rooftop herb garden and a greentea coconut pineapple infused house made tea...an experience to remember. Run don't walk.
