Great location, on a quiet street in a busy part of Quito. A real oasis. Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Charming home makes a great guest house. If you want to be close to lots of restaurants this is a great choice.

We appreciate you have taken the time to write a comment and provide us with your valuable feedback.

We are happy to know you also believe it is an oasis of calm, in the middle of a modern city, as this has been our aim. We have put great efford to keep our hotel, as a cozy and homely place to relax.

Arrival at Cayman Hotel was above expectations. My husband and I arrived close to midnight and reception was friendly and inviting. There was water and beer available for purchase. Breakfast was incredible and included in the price of the room. Coffee was basically available all day. I really like the staff. Everyone was genuine and helpful and our room was impeccable with large windows overlooking a hummingbird garden I loved waking up to the birds singing. We were also given a piece of divine chocolate as a welcome treat❤️There is also a tv room with a fireplace and books. Many restaurants are close by and taxis wait outside the hotel for easy transportation around the city.

Its the perfect place for a stay in Quito. Nice rooms, great staff, brillant environment, good breakfast. Any question you have us friendly answered by the nice guys at the reception desk. The small garden is an asset for people who like to spend sometime outside.

My wife and I found this hotel after deciding to leave another and it was like home. Those in charge were very familial and helpful. The rooms were cozy and each morning there was a fresh breakfast for free as well as coffee and fruit throughout the day. There was also a nice garden and a common room with movies, magazines, books, and television. We would definitely return. (One note, the showers sometimes had trouble getting hot).

Stayed on three occasions during my pit stops in Quito. Great location close to lots of restaurants. Very safe (tightly operated front security gate). Above all the front desk staff are among the nicest/most helpful that I have encountered. They'll do whatever they can to help you. Very clean and modern rooms - appear to have been done up recently. Breakfast is good (relative to all other Ecuador hotel breakfasts but not relative to western country breakfasts!).
