Owner description: First, we’ll go to the "Inti-Nan" In-Situ Museum (at about 2400 meters above sea level, about 7800 feet), where you can see replicas of the Ecuadorian Highlands and Amazon and, of course, to learn about the Quitu-Cara culture, their comprehension, long before the Geodesic Mission, on the stars, and, therefore, the empowerment of the term "Center of the World"; this visit takes about 45 minutes (entrance not included).

“The top one priority when you visit Quito”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

The Colonial center of Quito is the number one priority if you visit Ecuador.

You will enjoy the atmosphere, the shops (very local), ... plus if you have time you will discovery all its treasures hidden in the churches, museums, small bars and a couple of typical restaurants.

As in any major town, be carefull. Limityoupersonal belongings to a strict minimum, do not go outside the centre. It is safe but you never know.

“Good tour pity about the traffic”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

A great way to see the city, but it was a bit spoiled by the amount of traffic in the vicinity. Still, recommend it if you have not tried it,

“You feel good in Quito”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

The historical buildings, the streets, the parks... All is well maintain in Quito. For a capital of South America they can be proud because many others have garbage around and so much graffiti that the beauty is completely hidden. But not the historical Quito. If you need information, stop by the tourist office just in the middle of it and well organized.

Quito, Ecuador's capital, is a city with a very long history and tradition, full a beautiful churces and building. The weather is dependent on the season, but usually clouded and not too hot.
