Alex the chef used to cook at Zasu and created in Lua a wonderful alternative!
Not being familiar with Peruvian cuisine I asked the owner to create a menu with some of his signature dishes.
It was very delicious and I enjoyed all dishes very much. The highlight was a NY Strip cut that was cooked to perfection and the best steak I ever had outside New York City!
The service was flawless and very helpful.
The place doesn't get any foot traffic (location) and I think is very pretty. I will certainly be back at Lua!
