Stayed here for two weeks during relocating to Quito. Everything was amazing. Fitness and spa center are definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was always fresh and had a few hours to work with everyone’s schedule.

Excellent! Great location for business in Quito. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly on arrival at the Sheraton. The room was great for the price and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My granddaughters, ages 12 and 14, and I stayed at the Sheraton Quito for three nights prior to our Amazon Basin and Galapagos Adventure. This was my granddaughters' first trip outside the US. We were nervous. Everyone, I mean everyone, at Sheraton Quito took very good care of us. Our room was in The Club so we were able to eat all our meals just across the hall. Food was delicious and service was personal and excellent. The wonderful people at the front desk helped us hire a taxi to take us on a tour of Quito. Was perfect. We slept well, ate well, and our nervousness disappeared. It all began with Maria Jose Miranda, Groups Manager, who personally guided me through our Sheraton reservation last February. I'm forever thankful to her.

From the lobby to the 10th floor the personnel were polite, helpful and always smiling. The rooms were spacious and clean. Located across the street from a major park and shopping center with lots of good restaurants nearby this is an ideal place for business or tourists. Well worth the price.
