Quito -

We stayed 7 nights in the Sheraton Quito for my nieces wedding. We had a wonderful time and the employees were great. Miguel the doorman was a huge help. The bartender Fernando was such a pleasure to meet. He would always greet my husband and I. The entire staff was awesome.

Quito Vacation

Highly recommend, exceptional service. Great location, safe and easy to get around the city. Hotel staff is very helpful and the food was excellent. Room was clean and new, great channel selection for non-Spanish speakers. Remote control black-out shades were awesome for sleeping in...

A good high end hotel option on Quito

The hotel is well maintained and has a decent size gym. The club floor has a nice lounge and the food each day was well prepared. Both the lounge and lower floor breakfast was very good. I would recommend it!

Great Hotel, great location

We stayed three nights at the Sheraton Quito, in the club level 10th floor, We had a King bedroom suite which is great for families. There is plenty of space, comfortable beds, updated bathroom and access to the amenities of the club level. The personnel working in the club level lounge were excellent, always wanting to do more to offer comfort. The breakfast and light dinner was always fresh and was of great variety. There were snacks and beverages in between meals which is great when traveling with kids, The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The neighborhood around the hotel was really nice, safe to walk and offered many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Sheraton again when visiting Quito.

Room tip: Rooms in the club level are best

Honestly, the ideal place to stay in Quito!!!

I am a member, really enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff is really great, lounge selection of food and drinks very nice and gym open 24 hrs is key. Its my second time staying at this hotel, conveniently located and will not hesitate booking again.
