Description: Cosa Nostra is a "Trattoria - Pizzeria", a typical italian concept. The menu is divided into a pizza section and a pasta section with a large selection of dry pasta and fresh home made pasta like gnocchi, ravioli and lasagna. Cosa Nostra uses only organic vegetables, fresh cheese coming from Cayambe every day and extra vergin olive oil. There are special dishes, like the pizza Norcina which is very gourmet because it has a sauce made of black truffles coming directly from Italy. The desserts of Cosa Nostra are italian winners,in fact Cosa Nostra's tiramisu is prepared with real mascarpone. Cosa Nostra is "Casa Vostra": the thing is that you have to feel home when you come here!!COSA NOSTRA has now tree locations: Baquerizo Moreno E7 -86 y Diego de Almagro, the second location is in Republica del Salvador N34-234 y Moscu. And the third location is in Orellana E11-70 e Isabel La Catolica, near the Hotel Quito.

We tried the Cosa Nostra Trattoria and Pizzeria in Quito because one of our group was craving Italian food. No disappointments here! The pizza was out of this world; it was so good, we carried leftovers with us on our trek to Antisana National Park the next day. Calamari appetizer was good and big enough to share for 5 people; service was efficient; prices totally reasonable; decor is nice; an owner was on-site. All in all, an excellent choice!

This one is an excellent italian restaurant. Actually, we went there for dinner because we've seen a lot of people in the street carying a Cosa Nostra pizza box. We finally chose pastas and it was very good. High quality from appetizers to dessert.

I think at this trattoria I ate the best ravioli spinach and ricotta with 4 cheese sauce. Located near La Zona Rosa of Quito BAQUERIZO between Diego de Almagro and Reina Victoria .Pizza Italian style and prices are right. Open Sunday for lunch also.

We had just returned from a trip to the Galapagos Islands, and wanted a little something different for dinner. We made reservations for our large group of 16 through our travel agent prior to arriving.
The restaurant is in a nice part of town, is lively, nicely decorated and very clean. We were greeted at the door and our table was ready for us.
The menu is tantalizing. Lots of fresh pizza toppings and signature dishes. Our waitress spoke English, and helped our group make choices.
We started with apps for the table--grilled clams with a delicious sauce, fried calamari, and a tomato and mozzarella stack were delicious.
Everyone ordered pizza--some white, some red, some with meat some with just vegetables. We ended up sharing slices so we all had a bit of each other's. Very nice thin crust, and toppings were perfect.
For drinks, we ordered carafes of red and white wine, very reasonable at $16 a carafe.
A very nice evening!
