“One of the best mexicans in Quito”
Reviewed April 23, 2011

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. Really like the food there, have tried pretty much everything on the menu.. Always busy and good service. Also make really good margaritas!

“A marical classic”
Reviewed March 19, 2011

When I lived in Quito from 1999-2000 this was the best, most relaxed and fun place to be. It still is. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, and the owner is a mellow, kind guy who will always try and help you out. A must win.

“Excellent restaurant”
Reviewed January 3, 2011

Through a tip of a local guide we went to this restaurant, and I must say its a hidden gem in the Mariscal district. The restaurant around Plaze Foch are expensive and the food is below standard, but this pretty little restaurant a little up the road of Mariscal Foch had the best strawberry margaritas and Sizzling Fajitas we ever tasted. After some dissapointing other restaurant choices we always came back here to have an excellent meal. (visited 3 times total)
A defenate must do if you are staying in the Mariscal area. And thus I do not agree with the negative comments below, maybe they were written by the annoying Mexican guy on the streecorner. LOL

“Never eat there again.”
Reviewed July 19, 2010

This was quite possibly the worst Mexican food I have ever had. If I was at home, I would have sent my enchiladas mixtas back after the first bite. My friend had the chimichanga which was at least edible. The meat was extremely dry.
