Sometimes it feels just so good to get your hands mucky and eat ribs the way they were intended. This is a very famous restaurant in the north west of Chile for Pork and the ribs are really the draw here. While wine touring and eating at all the gastronomic stops we love switching things around and eating here. Incredible portions so be warned and it is the perfect place to soak up the wine that you will have loved at CasaMarin just a few doors away. Cannot go wrong in anyway here.
