This restaurant is in the best location on the harbor in downtown Valparaiso, Chile. It has great views, a nice interior, friendly staff and poor food. Pil-Pil Shrimp is supposed to be cooked in lot's of garlic. The 4 pre-cooked shrimps served were dipped in oil without garlic! The salmon avocado appetizer was dry, cooked salmon with avocado. The fried squid with a nice but very thick batter, included parts of squid I didn't know existed. The fish soup was copious, at least the bowl was full, but lacked flavor. All the above is served at very high prices!
