The whole experience was very nice.
Great pool area
Lovely and relatively inexpensive restaurant
Boutique vibe, colonial feel, very pleasant - great lounge area
Nice terrace on the room, with harbour view
Breakfast good - with rare hot eggs (in our S. America experience)
Strong wifi free
Room was small - with suitcase open, barely enough room to move around - this was a "premium" room (not the cheapest)
Shower flooded the bathroom
No aircon in rooms - hot, hot, hot
US$435 per night - are you serious?!! Very poor value, especially by Chilean standards
N.B. we parked on the street nearby rather than paying US$35 for the privilege. Lots of available spaces, even on a high season weekend.
