At the beginning of April I travelled to Santiago de Chile because of FIDAE, magnificent event!
I spent two nights in this hotel. The location in "Las Condes" neighbourhood is really great. You have the metro station just two blocks from the hotel so you can get almost anywhere in Santiago easily and quickly. Las Condes is the most modern neighbourhood in Santiago so the area is really comfortable to walk through, there are really nice restaurants and you can find almost every regular american fast food there.
The hotel is nothing but a place you can rest and have breakfast. The rooms were updated not so long but there are several details in terms of maintenance. Old air-conditioning system for instance. The bed wasn't a very good experience, sometimes during the night if I moved the bed followed my movements almost... The bathroom is just fine and the usual amenities. Breakfast service wasn't really tempting, just a few breads, yoghurt, cereal, coffee, tee, ham, cheese and croissants (not very tasty). There isn't a restaurant inside the hotel, but in the local area there are good variety to choose from. The neighbourhood as I said it's simple amazing, modern, clean, safety and quite. Perhaps the hotel could work just for a couple of nights...More
